Jean is one of lead characters from the collaborative stop-motion short film 'Furta Sacra'. 9 team members collaborate to finish a short film within 10 weeks.

Armature
Made out of 1/8 wire, Chest, pelvis, feet and palms sculpt off of propoxy.

Coupling nut incoporated for rigging purposes in the pelvis area.

 
Sculpt
Sculpt body from Chavant clay, strong consistency for molding purposes.

Mold was first clayed up with water clay for plaster material to register.
Plaster Mold finished and ready for silicone injection.

Mold is made with silicone GI-1000
Expressions Sculpting

Expressions are sculpted with chavant first to help visualize and then later with propoxy which cure in a short span of time.
Altered heads are later sanded, primed and paint to get rid of textures.
Eyelids and pupils are made with cutout plastic PETG vacuformed.
Eyebrows are made with fabric.
